I have found the toilet fairy. Her name is Roslin and she’s my 10 month old kitty. Every time I go near the toilet, Roslin is all over me like vampire on a vein. Purring, rubbing all over my legs, wanting love. This only happens when I’m on the toilet.
Weird.

My cats do the same thing. I find it quite cute and amusing until I am trying to wipe.
I’ve got a kitten that does the same thing. Not quite sure why he does it either. I think it’s because I’m actually in one place for any amount of time.
Chaplin wants me to turn on the bathtub facuet so he can have a drink but he get especially cranky if I dare go to the loo first.

One of our cats does the same thing anytime we go near the toilet, bathroom sink or shower. She usually likes to get a drink from the faucet while I’m peeing. 🙂 Yes, cats are very strange.
Not sure about the toilet, but every time I fill the tub, my dog stands up on the edge with his 2 front paws like it’s for his bath or something.

We have two cats and the newest does the same thing. Oddly if I try to pet her most any other time she takes off like a rocket.
Our two boys do the same thing, especially the upstairs bathroom. They’ll actually go running into it in hopes we’ll turn on the sink for them. But if we’re doing anything else in there it’s rare for them to want water or even be in there with us. They’re an odd bunch those two.
Maybe it’s cos she knows she can have your undivided attention?
